Rooted in Rotterdam, I work as a freelance consultant, interim manager and researcher in the field of arts & culture.

I bring international experience and expertise to assignments and projects: consulting, management and research. I regularly publish or present and sometimes moderate.

Working methods: critical, with an eye for content, quality and short and long-term results, looking for opportunities, listening well, analysing and initiating activities. Especially in co-operation with others.

Specialities: strategy development, transformation, funding, international cooperation and cultural diversity, with a focus on visitors and communication.

Additional functions: jury member four-year grants 2025-2028, Amsterdam Fund for the Arts; jury member at the German Federal Fund Kulturstiftung des Bundes.
