
During the first half of 2025, I collaborated with colleagues on a range of assignments focused on strategy development, programme evaluation, and change management. These projects included work for Museum de Lakenhal, Kulturforum Witten, LWL‑Museum Henrichshütte, Kunstmuseum Bochum, and VRIJDAG/KultuurLoket.
In the second half of 2025, Lars Brouwer, Abhay Adhikari, and I began providing strategic guidance to Kunsthalle Düsseldorf, among other institutions. I also contributed to assignments for Museum Rotterdam, the Meertens Institute & the Huygens Institute, and the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands.
At the end of 2025, Sandra Czerwonka, Anke von Heyl, and I started evaluating the Kulturentwicklungsplanung (cultural development plan) on behalf of the City of Düsseldorf.
